Kay Paulk Aldridge

Kay Paulk Aldridge, age 71, of Willacoochee, GA passed away on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at South Georgia Medical Center following a brief illness. Mrs. Aldridge was born on May 6, 1944, in Ocilla, GA to the late Jacob Paulk and Mary Griner Paulk. Survivors include: her two Troy (Lisa) Aldridge and Bryan Aldridge; three grandsons, Gage Aldridge, Drew Aldridge and Jim Aldridge; granddaughter, Kayla Aldridge; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Aldridge; granddaughter, Lauren Aldridge; and sister, Mary Jake Bridges. The family will receive friends Thursday, April 28, 2016 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m at Sims Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Mora Baptist Church with Rev. Dennis Harper officiating. Interment will follow at Arna Church Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers donations may be made to Childhood Cancer Awareness, P.O. Box 770, Douglas, GA 31534. Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
