The Russ Family has been the Waldroup Family's closest neighbors my entire life. Riding down Shelle Belle just doesn't feel the same. I am truly sorry for the passing of my lifelong friend. My love and prayers to you all.

I am very sorry that I will not be able to attend either visitation or Clinton's funeral. I will be out of town. Clinton has been a friend since I returned to Douglas in 1971. He and Sherry and the family are some of my very favorite people. I know it has been a struggle for Clinton because he told me so a few months ago in the office. Life is a struggle at times and Clinton will be very missed by all who knew him well...and I think I did. God Bless Sherry and the family. They will be in my prayers.
