Mrs. Linda Jean Deen

Mrs. Linda Jean Adams Deen, age 64, of Broxton, GA passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2017 at her residence following an extended illness. Mrs. Deen was born on January 29, 1953 in Douglas, GA to the late George Adams and the late Betty Marie Chaney Adams. Survivors include: her husband: Charles "Scooter Bill" Deen, Broxton, GA; her daughter: Serena (Keith) Parker, Moultrie, GA; her son: Kurt Deen, Douglas, GA; grandson: Conner Parker, Douglas, GA; three sisters: Brenda Merritt , Broxton, GA; Connie Cation, Douglas, GA and Georgia Hornbuckle, Omega, GA; two brothers: Martie Adams, Douglas, GA and Gary Adams, Pitts, GA; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Reedy Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Den Weniger officiating. Interment to follow at Providence Church Cemetery, Broxton, GA. Family will receive friends and love ones on Monday, May 15, 2017 from 6:00 Pm to 9:00 PM at Sims Funeral Home.
