Just so you'll know, I coudn't have made it through the Douglas Police Dept. for over 35 years without your advice...Thank you for being my "Backup" all these years...I never felt fear when you were around..Continue to watch over all your Brothers and Sisters in Blue....I shall miss you and I shall have sad days....but I will more than likely remember the good and funny times and smile knowing you will be watching down on me... Danny Fussell was the nicest and kindest man you would ever meet.My husband Tim and I were very drawn to Dannys sweet and meek personality. We work nights cleaning offices so our paths would cross often as Danny would make his nightly rounds to check all the doors. He would always check on us. Often he would share stories of his childhood and we would laugh ourselves to tears as we listened. He would always tell us about his wife and family in which he loved dearly. He was the kind of man that you love to see standing at the door as you opened it and he always brightened our long nights. He is a dear true friend and were so deeply saddened of his passing. God bless his precious family. praying for peace in your hearts. Love you all!! Tim & Melinda Anderson
