Norma Jean Rowland

Mrs..Norma Jean Letchworth Rowland, age 73, of Douglas, GA passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, September 28, 2019,. Mrs. Rowland was born on December 29, 1945, in Tampa, Florida to the late Rufus Raymond Letchworth and Rosalee Hutchinson Letchworth.

Survivors include:  Husband: Bobby Rowland of Douglas, GA.    Daughter: Shelia Davis of Covington, GA. Sons: Robert (wife, Cynthia) Williams of Dudley, GA, George (wife, Linda) Williams of Douglas, GA, John (wife, Lori) Williams of Columbia, SC, Carl  (wife, Angela) Williams of Brooklet, GA. Sisters: Rosa Ann Martin of Nicholls, GA, Linda Keller of Wauchula, FL and Ruby Nichols of Riverview, FL.  Several grand children,  great-grandchildren and  nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her brother; Rufus Letchworth.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 4:00 pm at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Rev. J.A. Anderson and Rev. Britt Peavy officiating.

The family will receive friends Monday, September 30, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Sims Funeral Home.

Interment will follow in the Douglas City Cemetery.
