Michelle Hyschak, age 54, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 in Douglas, Georgia. Michelle was born on April 16, 1967 in Pittsburg, PA the daughter of Lois Marie Dyssolini Hyschak and the late Michael Hyschak.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a twin brother, Allen Hyschak.

Survivors include her mother, Lois Marie Hyschak of Douglas, GA; brother, Scott Eric Hyschak (Jaine) of Douglas, GA;

Memorialization is by cremation.
