Lisa Denise Yawn, age 59, of Douglas, GA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 9th, 2023, at her residence. Ms. Yawn was born in Whitinsville, Massachusetts, to the late Mr. Roscoe Joiner and Mrs. Rita Chaput Joiner.
Survivors include: Two Daughters; Ashley Trejo of Douglas, GA, and Hayley Yawn of Douglas, GA, Two Sons; Brian (Amber) Yawn of Douglas, GA, and Travis Yawn of Douglas, GA, Eight Grandchildren; Savannah McCollum, Maya Yawn, Daniel Trejo, Bryan Ovalle, Elena Angeles, Gabriel Yawn, Brayden Yawn, and Liam Yawn, One Brother; Chuck Joiner of Massachusetts. She was preceded in death by her Father; Mr. Roscoe Joiner , and Mother; Mrs. Rita Joiner.
The family will receive friends on Monday, August 14th, 2023 from 6PM until 9PM, at Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA.
Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 16th, 2023, at 2PM, at The Chapel of Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
