Joanne (Moore) Adams

Joanne Adams, age 73, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2020. Mrs. Adams was born on January 12, 1947 in Coffee County, Georgia the daughter of the late Lee Claude Moore and Vivian Frances Lankford Moore.

Mrs. Adams was a homemaker and was preceded in death by two sisters, Vera Moses and Carol Ann Harper.

Survivors include four daughters, Tammy Merritt (Scott) of Broxton, GA, Vickie Deen of Douglas, GA, Deborah Davis of Douglas, GA and Stephanie Davis (Tracey) of Douglas, GA; son, Dwayne Deen (Sandra) of Nicholls, GA; four brothers, Lee Moore (Brenda) of Douglas, GA, Eddie Moore of Douglas, GA, Donnie Moore (Darleen) of Douglas, GA and Ricky Moore (Linnie Faye) of Axson, GA; sister, Linda Schwindle (Jim) of Douglas, GA; ten grandchildren, Amanda & Lester Chauncey, April Davis, Mathew Deen, Jeremy & Lori Deen, Steven & Elizabeth Davis, Jason & Brittany Davis, Alley & Crederius Davis, Blake Jewell, Logan Merritt and Madison Merritt; eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorialization is by cremation.
