Hazel Paul

Hazel Paul, age 82, of New Port Richey, FL passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2015, at Gulfside Hospice @ Heather Hills in New Port Richey, FL following an extended illness. Mrs. Paul was born on November 23, 1932, in Ambrose, GA to the late Claud A. Paul and Leatie Taylor Paul. Survivors include: her five daughters, Brenda Kirkland, Janet Paul, Sherry (Luis) Mazorra, Marcia (Patrick) Dunning, Lisa (Randy) Rogers; son, Robert Stancil; brother, Rev. Glen Paul; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; ten great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two daughters, Debra Stencil and Mona Gail Kirkland and a son, Kevin Stencil. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Chatterton Holiness Baptist Church with Rev. Gene Paul officiating. Music is furnished for the service by Brenda Kirkland and Amy Piotrowski "Whispering Hope", "Amazing Grace", "Glad Reunion Day", and "I'll Fly Away" with Susan Cenkusp playing the piano. Active Pallbearers are: Christopher Dunning, Christopher Dunning, Jr., Luis Mazorra, Richard Ferrell, John Meagher, and Tyler Parson. Interment will follow at Chatterton Church Cemetery. Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
