Obituary
Dorothy "Dot" Spires, age 84, of West Green, GA passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at her residence following an extended illness. Ms. Spires was born on March 15, 1939 to the late Wilton Yawn and Gladys Miller Yawn.
Survivors include: One Daughter; Pam Spires of Douglas, GA, One Son; Walter G.(Charlotte) Spires of Dublin, GA, Two Grandchildren; Cambri (Ricky) Jones of Eastman, GA, Cole (Kyleigh) Spires of Rentz, GA, Two Great Grandchildren; Avery Spires, J.T. Spires, and One Niece; Sara Landon of Chapel Hill, NC.
Graveside Services will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 at 11:00AM at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. George Carroll Paulk officiating. Family members will be serving as Active Pallbearers.
Sims Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
