Cliff Mobley, age 76, of Broxton, Georgia passed away on Tuesday evening June 11, 2019 at Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Mobley was born on April 11, 1943 in Broxton, Georgia the son of the late John Dudley Mobley and Ruby Smith Mobley Mullinax.
He was a pharmacist, a local farmer and a member of Providence Baptist Church, Broxton, GA.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Sheyanna West.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Dale Mobley of Broxton, GA; three sons, Cliff Carroll Mobley Jr (wife April) of Broxton, GA, Brandon Wiley Mobley of Broxton, GA and John Dudley Mobley II (wife Cindy) of Broxton, GA; two daughters, Laura Lynn Brown (husband Henry) of Willacoochee, GA and Crystal Shannon Harden (husband John) of Douglas, GA; step-son, Andrew Dwain Stapleton of Broxton, GA; ten grandchildren, Chase Mobley of Broxton, GA, Courtney Chancey of Alma, GA, Tyler Stapleton of Broxton, GA, Quinn Brown of Willacoochee, GA, Braden Mobley of Douglas, GA, Shelby Day of Douglas, GA, Anna Sue Mobley of Butte, MT, Audrey Marie Mobley of Butte, MT, Molly Stapleton of Broxton, GA and Gracie Stapleton of Broxton, GA; two great grandchildren, Mattie Mobley of Broxton, GA and Marley Chancey of Alma, GA; sister, Sue Mobley of Broxton, GA.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday June 15, 2019 at 11:00am at Providence Baptist Church with Rev. Donnie Kirkland and Rev. Scott Smith officiating. Shannon Harden will bring the eulogy. Interment will follow in the Providence Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6pm until 9pm at Sims Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Chase Mobley, Quinn Brown, Bruce White, Willie Ramirez, Stephen Young and Justin Stone.
