Ruby Woodard, age 89, of Douglas, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022. Ms. Woodard was born on November 19, 1933 in Coffee County, GA to James Anthony Spell and Ellafain Wright Spell.

Survivors include; Daughter: Angela Cooper (William) of Douglas, GA, Son: James W. Miller (Sandy) of Sautee, GA, Grandchildren: Eric Cooper (Shannon), J.R. Cooper (Chanon), Joshua Miller and Great Grandchild: Liam Asher Cooper. She was preceded in death by: Father: James Anthony Spell and Mother: Ellafain Wright Spell.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
