Ronnie Riner

Ronnie Riner, age 77, of Douglas, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following a brief illness. Mr. Riner was born on September 6, 1944, in Vidalia, Georgia, to the late Elder Ralph Riner and Allene Riner.

Survivors include: His Brother;  Brad Riner (Lora) of Douglas, GA, and his Sister;  Brenda Eckleberry (Vernon) of Brunswick, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mr. Riner was preceded in death by his parents; Elder Ralph Riner and Allene Riner, and a brother Joel Riner.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at the First United Methodist Church in Douglas, GA, from 1:00PM until 2:00PM.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at 2:00PM, at the First United Methodist Church in Douglas, GA with Elder Vernon Eckleberry and Rev. Donald Cole officiating. The congregation will sing Amazing Grace, I Can Only Imagine, will be sung by Ronnie's nephew Brian Eckleberry, and Tania Myers will play a medley of gospel songs at the piano.  Active pallbearers will be Austin Riner, Jacob Riner, Doug Cole,  Kevin Eckleberry,  Joel Ganger, and Wendell Stone.
