Robert Woodruff "Bob" Williams

Robert Woodruff “Bob” Williams, age 92, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2020 at The Landings of Douglas. Mr. Williams was born on March 20, 1928 in Tampa, Florida the son of the late Frank C. Williams and Elizabeth F. Vaughn Williams.

Mr. Willams worked as a Financial Advisor for Goodbody Investments and was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his wife, LaRue Tanner Williams.

Survivors include his daughter, Linda Peinsipp (Dennis) of Douglas, GA; son, Steven Williams of Ashville, NC; grandchildren, Linda “Joy” Williams and Katrina Williams; four great grandchildren.

Memorialization is by cremation.
