Ralph B. Pharis

Ralph Benjamin Pharis, age 83, of Douglas, GA, went to be with our heavenly father on Tuesday, September, 12th, 2023, at Lakeside Senior Living. Mr. Pharis was born on October 10th, 1939 the son of Mr. Harley Pharis and Mrs. Virue Fussell.

Survivors include: One Son: James (Denise) Benjamin Pharis of Dublin, GA, One Daughter; Pam Register of Adel, GA, Five Grandchildren; Ronnie (Kasey) Register, Margret Ann (Logan)Register, Ben (Ellen) Register, Heather Pharis, James Pharis Jr., Great-Grandchildren; Mollie Register, Henry Register, Two Brothers; Jerry Wayne Pharis, and Donald Pharis, Special Friend; Kathy Gilbert, along with several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by; His beloved Wife; Margaret Ann Pharis, Father; Harley Pharis, Mother; Virue Fussell.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 16th, 2023, from 10AM until 11AM, at Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 16th, 2023, at The Chapel of Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA, at 11AM, with Bishop Matthew Smith officiating and Special Speaker Craig McCrary. Internment will follow at the City of Douglas Cemetery.
