Marjorie R. Sinquefield, age 89, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at her residence following an extended illness. Mrs. Sinquefield was born on June 10, 1932, in Coffee County, Georgia, to the late Samuel Quitman Rollins and Nora Lee Medders Rollins.
Survivors include: Two Daughters; Toya Waldron (Jerry) of Douglas, GA, Renae Woods (Charles) of Douglas, GA, Grandchildren; Tracy Bennett (Don) Melina Holbert, Chris Waldron (Amber), Benita Lott (Clint), Brooke Holley (Chris), Rebecca Woods (Ashley), Rob Sinquefield, Alye Harper (Brandon), Chase Sinquefield, Charlie Woods, Jesse Vickers (Gideon), A Sister; Naomi Davis, 28 Great grandchildren and several Great- Great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by; Husband; William R. Sinquefield, Two Sons; Shayne Sinquefield, Randy Sinquefield, Daughter; Theresa Sinquefield, One Great Grandchild; Raleigh Sinquefield, a Special Niece; Debbie Carver; and a lifelong companion; Chester O’Steen.
The visitation will be private.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 21, 2022, at 11:00AM, at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Elder Jerry Waldron officiating. The interment will follow at Rocky Pond Baptist Church Cemetery.
