James Barney Shiver

James Barney Shiver, age 82, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Friday, May 6, 2022, at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Shiver was born on June 28, 1939, in Broxton, Georgia to Sami Kirby Shiver and Juanita Shiver.

Survivors include: His Son: Craig Shiver of Douglas, GA, Four Grandchildren: Kayla Shiver, Michael Shiver, Andrew Shiver, and Preston Shiver. He was preceded in death by: His Wife: Patricia Lynn Batten Shiver; Father: Sami Kirby Shiver; and His Mother: Juanita Shiver.
