Harold Anthony Sternett

Harold Anthony Sternett, age 102, of Douglas, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2023. Mr. Sternett was born on July 16, 1920, in Port Huron, MI, the son of Anthony Frank Sternett and Nan Glode Sternett. Hal, as he was known, was a veteran of WWII, Army Infantry, 100th Division.

Survivors include; Two Sons: Paul Sternett (Lynne) of Douglas, GA and Michael H. Sternett (Deborah) of Newnan, GA, One Daughter: Susan Vallone (Tom) of Harper Woods, MI, Seven Grandchildren, Numerous Great Grandchildren, Great Great Grandchildren and a number of Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by; His Wife of nearly sixty years, Susan Agnes Sternett, Two Children: Kenneth Max Sternett and Alan Frank Sternett.

Memorialization was by cremation. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
