Geneva Yarberry-Newsom, age 88, of Ambrose, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at Coffee Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Yarberry-Newsom was born on November 13, 1931, to Clifton Thomas and Dovie  Snipes Thomas.

Her survivors include: Husband, Henry Newsom of Ambrose, GA, Daughter, Patsy Curry of Welborn, FL, Daughter, Sharon (Pete) Bunyard of Ambrose, GA, Son, Randall Yarberry of Douglas, GA, Son, Ricky Yarberry of Ambrose, GA, Brother, Dan (Linda) Thomas of Wilsonville, GA, Sister, Vermelle Atkinson of Valdosta, GA, Eight Grandchildren, Several Great Great grandchildren, along with several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by: Father, Clifton Thomas; Mother, Dovie Snipes Thomas; Husband, John A Yarberry; .

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at 11:00AM at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Carroll Carver officiating.
