Gerry Harrell

Gerry Harrell, age 67, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at his residence following an extended illness. Mr. Harrell was born on November 21, 1955, in Telfair County, to Bonnie Harrell and the late C.H. Harrell.

Survivors include: His Wife; Kim Harrell of Douglas, GA, Daughter; Michelle Jenkins (Derek) of Calhoun, GA, Son; Joshua Harrell (Kara) of Valdosta, GA, Six Grandchildren; Colby, Zachary, Ian, DJ, Adalyn, Karoline, One Great-Grandchild; Beckham, One Sister; Faye Czachowski (Mark) of Rincon, GA, Mother; Bonnie Harrell of Douglas, GA, and several Nieces and Nephews.

The Family will receive friends on Friday, March 10, 2023, at Sims Funeral Home, from 6:00PM until 8:00PM.

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at 11:00AM, at Eastside Baptist Church with Rev. Christian Colson and James Ryals officiating. The interment will follow at the Douglas City Cemetery’s Dixie Mausoleum. Active Pallbearers will be: Wayne Harrell, Donnie Harrell, Raymond Harrell, Austin Czachowski, Joseph Czachowski, and Sean Czachowski.
