William "Bill" Arlie Hutcheson

William Arlie “Bill” Hutcheson, age 67, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at Coffee Regional Medical Center. Mr. Hutcheson was born on June 28, 1952 in Duval County, Florida the son of the late Arlie Hutcheson and Mary Margaret Hersey Hutcheson.

Mr. Hutcheson was a self-employed truck driver, a veteran of the United States Army and was of the Holiness Faith.

Survivors include his wife, Julia Hutcheson of Douglas, GA; three daughters, Winnette Hutcheson of Nicholls, GA, Michelle Meeks (Jimmy) of Douglas, GA and Jeri Lynn Bussey (John) of Ambrose, GA; three sons, Timothy Hutcheson of Nicholls, GA, Gary Wooten (Joy) of Douglas, GA and Christopher Rowell of Douglas, GA; three sisters, Karen Balten (Perry) of Douglas, GA, Fronie Fletcher (Ronald) of Douglas, GA and Irene Troupe (Johnny) of Douglas, GA; fourteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12 noon until 2pm at Sims Funeral Home.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 2:00pm at Sims Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Levi Jones officiating. Nathan Greer will bring a eulogy.

Music will be by CD songs “Go Rest High on that Mountain” ,"When the Roll is Called Up Yonder”,  Daddy's Hands" and "Amazing Grace".
