Mr. Tim Fountain, age 56, of Douglas, GA passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2018, in Douglas, GA. Mr. Fountain was born on January 24, 1962, in Georgia to Doris Bentley Fountain and the late Lloyd Edward Fountain. He is survived by his wife, Ursula Fountain of Douglas, GA, mother, Doris Fountain of Nacogdoches, TX, daughters; Amber Fountain of Douglas, GA, Skyla Fountain of Douglas, GA, Cierra Fountain of Douglas, GA; sisters, Sheila Etienne of Houston, TX, Ava Fountain of Plant Lily, FL, grandchildren; Karson Swann, Aria Swann. He is preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Fountain, brother, David Fountain.
Family will receive friends Monday, February 4, 2018, from 6pm, to 9:00 pm, at Sims Funeral Home.
