Rodney Lee Strom

Rodney Lee Strom, age 60, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Saturday January 11, 2020 at Coffee Regional Medical Center. Mr. Strom was born on October 18, 1959 in McRae, Georgia the son of the late William Rudolph Strom and the late Edna Mildred McLeod Strom.

Mr. Strom was a self-employed mechanic, a former member of the Georgia Army National Guard and a member of Broxton Church of God.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Rusk.

Survivors include son, Casey Strom of Douglas, GA; daughter, Anna Kinnard of Douglas, GA; six grandchildren, Logan Strom, Vanessa Strom, Alyssa Strom, Emmy Strom, Milleigh Kannard and Dixee Kinnard; brother, Louie Strom (Janet) of Broxton, GA; two sisters, Jane Strom of Douglas, GA and Wanda Moore of Douglas, GA; special niece, Carrie Ann Jewell (Braxton) of Douglas, GA.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 5:00pm at Saving Grace Ministries with Rev. Ronald Leggett and Rev. Stanley Steverson officiating.

Music will be provided by Johnny Smith, singing "Amazing Grace". "When I Get Where I'm Going" will be by CD.

Memorialization is by cremation.
