Maxine Minix

Maxine Minix, age 90, of Warner Robins, Georgia formerly of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Thursday November 22, 2018 at Warner Robins Rehabilitation Center, Warner Robins, Georgia.

She retired after twenty-eight years with Warner Robins Air Force Base.

Mrs. Minix was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Minix.

Survivors include two sons, Jesse Homer Minix (wife Sandra) of Loganville, GA and David Minix (wife Micki) of Byron, GA; eight grandchildren, Dana Chandler, Terri Jacobson, Craig Minix, Rusty Minix, Kenny Minix, Charlie Minix, Jessica Minix and Angie Mandalay; numerous great grandchildren.  

Funeral services will be held on Sunday November 25, 2018 at 2:00pm at Sims Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Richard Asbell officiating. Interment will follow at Douglas City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6 until 9:00pm at Sims Funeral Home.
