Jimmy Scott "Farmer" Anderson

Mr. Jimmy Scott "Farmer" Anderson, age 44, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018 at his residence.  Mr. Anderson was born on October 18, 1973 in Douglas, GA. to Jimmy Anderson and Wanda Carver Anderson Foskey.

Survivors include: Wife: Julie White Anderson of Douglas, GA.: Mother: Wanda Joyce Carver Foskey of Baxley, GA: Father Jimmy Darrrell Anderson of Ambrose, GA:  Daughter, Raegan and husband Thomas Holton of Douglas, GA; Sons: Matthew Wiggins of Douglas GA and Brandon Wiggins of Douglas, GA: Sisters: Sandy and husband John Oxendine of Baxley, GA. and Wendy and husband Casey Hutcheson of Baxley, GA; A lifelong brotherly friend,Ben Day; Grandfather: Alton Carver of Ambrose, GA; several nieces and nephews and His beloved pet, Marley.

Family request that Memorials may be made to Carver Baptist Church 1060 Kamera  Rd., Douglas, Ga. 31535.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 30, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Sims Funeral Home.

Mr. Anderson will lie in state at Carver Baptist Church on Sunday, July 1, 2018 from 3:00 pm until the funeral hour of 4:00 pm with Rev. Phillip Corbean and Rev. Craig Jump officiating.  Interment will follow at the Douglas City Cemetery.
