David Carver Obituary

David Carver, age 51, of Broxton, Georgia passed away on Sunday December 23, 2018 at his mother’s residence in Broxton, Georgia. Mr. Carver was born on December 21, 1967 in Coffee County, Georgia the son of Elmer Stanford Carver Jr and Ruby Jean Burnam Carver.

He was a master carpenter and was of the Pentecostal faith.

Survivors include his father, Stan Carver (Paula) of Arizona; mother, Ruby J. Carver of Broxton, GA; sister, Rhonda Newell (Bruce) of Broxton, GA; brother, James Carver of Broxton, GA; companion, Debra Reliford of Douglas, GA; step-children, Jessica Reliford and Shannon Adair; and Kayla; several grandchildren,  three nieces; Cami Wyant of Broxton, GA,  Cheyanne  Wyant Hutto of Broxton, GA and Erica Carver of Arizona; three nephews; Christopher Wyant of Arizona, Casey Wyant of Broxton and Alexander Carver of Kansa City, MO.


Memorial services will be held on Friday December 28, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Sims Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Allan Peacock and Rev. Charles Burnam officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 1pm until 2pm prior to the service.

Memorialization is by cremation.
