Clyde Kimmel Humberson, age 88, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Wednesday May 16, 2018 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mr. Humberson was born on January 29, 1930 in Weirton, West Virginia the son of the late Clyde Jefferson Humberson and Millicent Mae Forshe Humberson.
He was a veteran of twenty-two years in the United States Air Force serving during Korea and the Vietnam Conflict and retired from the Postal Service. He attended Douglas First United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Joyce Laws Humberson.
Survivors include two daughters, Cindy Vaughn of Douglas, GA and Kim Thompson and husband Michael of Berkley Springs, West Virginia; son Jeff Humberson of Franklin, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Jennifer Thomas, Meagan Bryner, Ethan Vaughn and Holly Vaughn; brother, Terry Humberson of Weirton, West Virginia.

Memorialization is by cremation.
