Charles Dumar Dowling

Charles Dumar Dowling, age 51, of Douglas, Georgia passed away on Sunday May 26, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Dowling was born on December 25, 1967 the son of the late Richard Dale Dowling and Mary Elizabeth Jardine.

He worked in the landscaping business and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his sister, Elizabeth Ann Plummer of Douglas, GA; three nephews, Jackson Cowart, Quintin Plummer and Morgan Plummer; father, Charles Corbitt.

Memorial services will be held Thursday May 30, 2019 at 11:00am in the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home. Interment will be at Stokesville Church Cemetery, Axson, GA. The family will receive friends Thursday morning from 10am until 11am prior to the service at Sims Funeral Home.

Memorialization is by cremation.
