Mr. Bobby Wayne Hawkins, age 61, of Douglas, GA passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018 in Savannah, GA. Mr. Hawkins was born on October 14, 1956, in Douglas, Georgia to the late Norman Lafayette Hawkins, Sr and Annie Willene Anderson Hawkins.
Mr. Hawkins served in the US Marine Corps.
He is survived by his daughter, Autumn and husband Casey Whittle of Douglas, GA. son: Jeremy Hawkins of Jennings, FL. brother: Norman Lafayette Hawkins, Jr.; aunts: Charlene Prescott and Lera Merritt, grandchildren: Michael Whittle and Bethany Whittle, niece: Lauren Hawkins and nephew: Joshua Hawkins. He was preceded in death by: Father: Norman Lafayette Hawkins, Sr. and Mother: Annie Willene Anderson Hawkins.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Pine Grove Baptist Church with Rev. John Carver officiating.
The Family will receive friends on Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 1:00 pm until the service hour at 2:00 pm at Pine Grove Baptist Church.
