Arline V Smith

Arline V. Smith, age 89, of Axson, GA passed away on Monday, April 2, 2018, at Residence.  She was born on May 8, 1928, in Douglas, Georgia to the late Arrel Vickers and Ada Vickers.

Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and a member of Fales Pentecostal Church.

She was preceded in death by her, Husband: Colon Smith; Son, Colon Smith; Brothers: T.W. Vickers, Jerry "Man" Vickers,  John Vinson "Buddy" Vickers; Sisters: Reecca Vickers Bookhart, Dorothy Jean Vickers, Mary Vickers,   Waunelle Vickers Kirkland, Betty Vickers White,  Barbara Vickers Harper and Frances Vickers Perry.

Survivors include: Daughter: Betty Hall and husband Ronnie of Ona, FL.; Sons, Bobbie Smith and wife Lynn of Murphy, NC , Wayne Smith and wife Angie of Broxton, GA and Bill Smith and wife Rygene of Broxton, GA;  11Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Musgrove officiating. Interment will follow in Griffin Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening, April 6, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Sims Funeral Home.
