Antonia Garcia-Garcia

Antonia Garcia-Garcia, age 57, of Fitzgerald, Georgia passed away on October 21, 2019 at Tift Regional Medical Center.

Ms. Garcia-Garcia was born on November 15, 1961 in Guanajuato, Mexico the daughter of Susanna Garcia Ramirez and the late Antonia Garcia-Garcia. She was a homemaker and attended St. Williams Catholic Church, Fitzgerald, Georgia.

Survivors include her husband, Florencio Acevedo-Garcia of Fitzgerald, GA; three daughters, Irma Acevedo of California, Betty Acevedo of Fitzgerald, GA and Alejandra Acevedo of Mexico; two sons, Fernando Acevedo of Fitzgerald, GA and Miguel Acevedo of Fitzgerald, GA; ten grandchildren; mother, Susanne Garcia Ramirez; three sisters, Adelina Garcia, Allcia Garcia and Susana Garcia all of Mexico; three brothers, Aron Garcia, Israel Garcia and Ermilo Garcia all of Mexico.

A funeral service will be held at 7:00pm on Friday October 25, 2019 in the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Father Rafael Estrada officiating. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6pm until 7pm prior to the service. Interment will follow at a later date in Guanajuato, Mexico.
