Patsy Colleen King

Patsy Colleen King, age 70, of Ambrose, Ga, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, March 30th, 2024, at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Ga. She was born on February 20th, 1954 the daughter of Mr. Herman Roscoe Adkins and Mrs. Viola Kirkland Adkins.

Mrs. Patsy was a loving wife, mother and a beloved grandmother. She was a member of Trinity Non-denomination Church in Douglas, Ga. Mrs. Patsy was caring and always there to lend a hand to those who came to her. She now rests in the arms of the Lord and she will forever be remembered and cherished by her loved ones .

Her survivors include; Two Sons; Bill (Sara) Cauthorn of Yuma, Arizona, and Brad King of Memphis, Tennessee, One Daughter; Mary Kay (Curtis) Evers of Sales City, GA, Three Grandchildren; Jeremy King of Ambrose, GA, Ethan Evers of St. Marys, GA, and Shelby Evers of Ambrose, GA, Two Brothers; Timmy Adkins of Westgreen, GA, and Noah Adkins of Lake Wells, FL, Two Sisters; Violet Adkins of Vidalia, GA, and Carol Crosby of New Jersey, along with several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by; Her Beloved Husband; Herbert C. King, One Son; Roger King, One Daughter; Tina Evans , Two Brothers; Robert Kirkland, and Larry Adkins, Two Sisters; Vera Fay King, and Anne Nipper.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 4th, 2024 from 10:00AM until 11:00AM, at Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 4th, 2024, at The Chapel of Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA, at 11:00AM, with Bro. Floyd Musgrove  officiating.

Memorialization will be by Cremation.
