Derrick Adam Davis, age 33 of Fitzgerald, GA, passed away suddenly at Dorminey Medical Center in Fitzgerald, GA, on Monday, April 15th, 2024. He was born on September 7th, 1990 the son of Mr. James Randy Davis and Ms. Debbie Tucker Hogg.

His Survivors include: Father; James Randy Davis of Broxton, GA, Mother; Debbie Tucker (Johnny) Hogg of Broxton, GA, Three Brothers; James Anthony (Lydia) Davis of Nicholls, GA, Randy Allen (Lila) Davis of Ambrose, GA, James Lynn “Jake” Davis of Mt. Dora, FL, Two Sisters; Betssy (Tommy) Dutcher of Lesburg, FL, Tabitha Marfilius of Lakeland, GA, Nieces and Nephews; Georgia Davis, Raelynn Davis, Logan Donnelly, Lillyann Dutcher, Josey Davis, Savannah Davis, Cole Davis, Toby Davis, Dakota Davis, Raelyn, Tynli, and Jane, Special Friend; Frances Kight, Along with several Aunts and Uncles. He was preceded in death by: Grandparents; James Alvin (Mary Francis) Davis, and Grandparents; Leroy Evans and Christine Carter, Two Uncles; Jimmy Carter and Michael Tucker.

The family will receive friends on Monday, April 22nd, 2024, at Sims Funeral Home in Douglas, GA, from 12:00PM until 2:00PM.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, April 22nd, 2024, at The Chapel of Sims Funeral Home of Douglas, GA on 2:00PM, with Pastor Chris Padgett Officiating and Michael Davis as special Speaker. Interment will follow at Hall cemetery.
