Tammie Lynn White

Tammie Lynn White, age 45, of Douglas, GA passed away on Monday, January 26, 2015, at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL following an extended illness. Mrs. White was born on June 6, 1969, in Douglas, GA to Helen Elaine Moore Musgrove and the late John Henry Reliford, Sr.
Survivors include: her mother, Helen E. (Tim) Musgrove of Douglas; grandmother, Ludell Moore of Douglas, GA; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. Se was preceded in death by her father, John Henry Reliford, Sr. Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Reedy Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Den Weniger officiating. Interment will follow at Douglas City Cemetery. Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
