Judith Northrup

Judith Northrup, of Fernandina Beach, FL passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2015, at her residence following an extended illness. Mrs. Northrup was born on September 14, 1949, in Douglas, GA to the late Eston Hutto and Ruth Jowers Hutto. Survivors include: her husband, Lawrence Erwin Northrup of Fernandina Beach, FL; daughter, Angela (Jack) Bowden of Fitzgerald, GA; five grandchildren, Taylor Bowden, Storm Bowden, Kirsten Bowden, Kristina Bowden, and Sara Bowden all of Fitzgerald, GA; three sisters, Carolyn (Carroll) Floyd of Douglas, GA, Linda (Charles) Bagher of Harrington, DE, and Maudie (Joe) Hanna of Douglas, GA; special angel friend, Phyllis Jackson of Fernandina Beach, FL; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 29, 2015 from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Father Paul O'Connell officiating. Entombment followed at the Dixie Mausoleum in the Douglas City Cemetery. Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
