James Richard Worth, age 41, of Millwood, GA passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at residence following an extended illness. Mr. Worth was born on February 8, 1974, in Douglas, GA to Latrelle Hersey Clark and the late James Robert Walker. Survivors include: his wife: Amanda Joyce Worth of Millwood, GA; three daughters, Tiffany (Abram) Nolan of Willacoochee, GA, April Worth and Madison Worth both of Douglas, GA; two stepsons, Ethan Ray and Garhett Ray both of Millwood, GA; Latrell Hersey Clark, of Nicholls, GA; brother, Michael (Betty) Worth of Douglas, GA; two sisters, Janice (Clyde) Purvis of Pearson, GA and Deborah Worth of Douglas, GA; two grandchildren, Kadyn Nolan and Hudson Rodriguez; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James Robert Walker, daughter, Skiler Worth, and granddaughter, Adalyn Brier. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 10, 2015 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Holiness Baptist Campground with Rev. Kevin Vickers, Rev. Edsel Young, and Rev. Victor Gilbert officiating. Interment will follow at Roxie Mae Cemetery. Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
