Earnie Dean Youngblood

Earnie Dean Youngblood, age 91, of Nicholls, GA passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2014, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Youngblood was born on April 23, 1923, in Douglas, GA to the late Cager Thomas and Bessie Christian Thomas.
Survivors include: her two daughters, Gelene Johnson of Richland, GA and Evelyn Louise Youngblood of Alma, GA; son, Lee Youngblood of Nicholls, GA; sister, Edna Earl Joiner of Tampa, FL; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by a son, Emmitt Youngblood and a sister, Juanita Clements.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with Rev. T.F. Yawn officiating. Interment followed at Meeks Cemetery. Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
