Roberto Lopez

Mr. Roberto Lopez, age 71, of Douglas, GA passed away on Friday, June 9, 2017 at Coffee Regional Medical Center, Douglas, GA following an extended illness.  Mr. Lopez was born on October 1, 1945 in Piosol, TX to the late Maximina Luna.  

He is survived by his wife:  Mercedes Capetillo, His six children: Juan Jose Ruiz, Jaime Ruiz, Silvia Ruiz, Rosa Elva Ruiz, Jaqueline Alvarado and  Perla Juana Ruiz, Twenty-eight grandchildren and twenty-five great-grandchildren, 

Visitation will be held Sunday, June 11, 2017 from 4:00 PM thru Monday, June 12, 2017 at 10:00 AM at St Paul's Catholic Church.  Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at 2:00 Pm at St Paul's Catholic Church with Father Paul O'Connell officiating.  Interment will follow at Satilla Memorial Gardens.  Sims Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
